Located at Frønningen, Sognefjorden, Norway. Fjord Husky is a company who offers tours with dogsled and carts in the beautiful nature of Frønningen. A typical tour includes meeting the dogs, harnessing the dogs and taking a tour with an experianced guide. The tour is very hands on and you are allowed to help with most of the procedures if you wish that.
Laura Zalm — Manager of the company and Guide. Studied animal management in the Netherlands. Right after she finished her study she moved to Scandinavia to fullfill her dream to work with Sleddogs. By now she and her family build up their own team and running tours and race sometimes.
Markus Ingebretsen — Touristguide, Adventure is in his blood. After living in severall different countrys such as Alaska and Greenland he returned to Norway to spend more time with his family. He loves the outdoors and spending time with his dogs in the snow.

Transport to Frønningen is only possible by boat.
In the winter season we have a package with Flåm Fjordsafari. You can find more information about this under wintertours or on www.fjordsafari.com. This tour includes guided FjordCruise with fast RIB boats from Flåm to Frønningen, with lunch and return included.

Ordering the ferry is necessary a day before is necessary. Contact us and we can help with booking the ferry. Cars to Frønningen need to go first onto the ferry, so meet in good time at the ferry harbour. Also possible to go on the ferry without car, and we can pick you up at the harbour.
